Basketball, Baseball, Football, Softball, Track and Volleyball – traveling north on Hwy 69 go 6 miles north of Ames. Take a left (west-there is a Casey’s on the corner) for 1 mile. The school and athletic complex will be on the right (north) side of the road.

Cross Country – Oaks Golf Course – located 4 miles north of Ames on Hwy 69.

Golf – Ames Golf and Country Club – traveling on Hwy 69 in Ames. Take a left (west) at the intersection of 69 and 24 th St. Follow 24 th St. (it will become R50) to Ames Golf and Country Club. It is located on the right (east) side of the road.

Go north on I-35, take Hwy 20 east exit (Waterloo) and then go east on Hwy 20 which will take you to Iowa Falls. Hwy 20 will merge into Hwy 65 north near Iowa Falls, continue north on this road into town. On the very north edge of Iowa Falls, you will turn left (west) on 115 th Street, which is the last street before you leave town. This will take you to all of our athletic facilities for the high school.

The football field (Cadet Field) will be the first facility you come to, then the baseball field is just west of the football field and bus barn. Continue west on 115 th St a few blocks and you will come to a T intersection at Taylor Ave. The high school is located one block south on Taylor Ave. The softball field and track are located behind the high school on the west side. Enter the north parking lot to go to the softball field or track. To get to the gym, you should enter the south parking lot and enter through the doors in the middle of the south side of the building.

To get to the middle school, Riverbend Middle School, you should continue into town on Hwy 20/65 and turn left (west) on Union Street which will take you to the middle school at the bottom of a hill near the Iowa River.

Travel east on Hwy 30. Take exit 185 (Newton exit). Turn north off exit onto Hwy 14. Go to Olive St (7 th stoplight), turn right (east); school is one block, roundhouse is 2 blocks on the left.

To Nevada High School, Middle School, Gates Hall, Softball Field, and Football/Soccer Field from new Hwy 30: take 19 th St exit (exit 158). Travel north to H Avenue. From H Ave. turn left. The softball field, track, and football/soccer field is on the right. Nevada High School is directly west of the football/soccer field. Gates Hall is directly south of Nevada High School.

To Billy Sunday Baseball Field from new Hwy 30 – turn north on county Hwy S14. Follow county S14 to Billy Sunday Baseball Field.

Central Elementary School is located at 910 Tenth St. – Sub. Varsity basketball & volleyball. Take the 6 th St exit off New Hwy 30 and turn right at H Ave.

Prairie View Golf Course – 22740 590 th Ave – Boys’ Golf – just off Lincoln Hwy. (old Hwy 30) between Ames and Nevada.

Girls’ Golf Course is located on Country Club Road. Take 19 th St exit (exit 158) off of Hwy 30. Go straight at stop sign to T intersection at 11 th St. Turn south or left at 11 th. Go 2 miles, you will run into driveway.

Hickory Grove Park – Cross Country – Located five miles east of Nevada on Hwy 30. Watch for a county park sign. A RV sale company is at the corner. Turn south on 690 th Ave. Proceed for about two miles. Turn left and proceed about a half-mile to the park entrance. Do not part in the beach parking lot. Park on the north side of the road across from the beach parking lot.

All events take place in Alleman at the Jr./Sr. High complex. Take Hwy 69 south to 142 nd Ave. Go west into Alleman to NE 4 th St. Go south on NE 4 th St. to the school.

All levels Football, Wrestling, Soccer, Track, HS Basketball and HS Volleyball. Take Army Post Road to Hwy 28 south to Norwalk. Go to first set of stop lights as you enter Norwalk. Go left onto Cherry St. Proceed to North Ave. Turn left onto North Ave. The school complex is on the corner of Cherry and North.

Middle School – MS Volleyball, MS Basketball, All levels Baseball, Softball and Cross Country. Follow directions to High School. The middle school is the second left as you continue on Cherry Parkway.

Jr. High & Sr. High School – Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling, Soccer & Track – traveling west on Iowa Hwy 141 exit into Perry at the intersection of Hwy 141 and Willis Ave. At the intersection of Willis Ave and 18 th St take a right (north) and go one block to Middle School and two blocks to the High School

Cross Country & Golf – Perry Golf & Country Club – turn right onto IA 144 through town to Country Club Lane. Turn right on Country Club Lane veer right into parking lot.

Basketball, Volleyball, Wrestling – traveling north on I-35 – exit at Story City (exit 124) and travel west into Story City on Broad Ave. Turn right (north) at Hillcrest St. and the high school will be at the top of the hill.

Football & Track – the field and track are on the left side (south) of Broad Ave. right after crossing the river.

Softball – Bill Hennessey Field – Roland – 1-35 north to exit #123. Travel east about 4 miles to Roland on E18. Go four blocks past the stop sign. Take a left at Park St. proceed north to the softball diamond. It will be on the right side of the road.

Golf – Riverbend Golf Course – on the right (north) side of the road as you travel west into Story City.

Baseball – exit #124 – Story City – turn left and proceed to the intersection by the swimming pool. Turn left (south) onto Hillcrest Ave. for four blocks to the baseball diamond.

Cross Country – Riverside Bible Camp – Story City – on Broad Ave. turn right (north) onto Grand Ave. (Story County R61) and follow it north and northeast to the camp.

JH Athletics – Roland – 406 S Main

Basketball, Volleyball & Wrestling – exit #123 – travel east about 4 miles to Roland on E18. Go four blocks to the stop sign. At the stop sign make a right (south) and travel three blocks to the school.

JH Football, Wrestling, Baseball, Softball, Track & Cross Country – HS Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Basketball, Wrestling, Track, Tennis, Baseball, Softball – Traveling south on Hwy 69 south of Ankeny, make a right (west) turn onto NE 54 th St. Go one mile west on 54 th to the intersection of 54 th and NE 7 th. Make a right (north) turn onto NE 7 th, Saydel HS will be to your right at the top of the hill.

JH Basketball & Volleyball – Located at Woodside Middle School (5810 NE 14 th St.) – travel south on Hwy 60 of Ankeny. Woodside MS will be on the right (west) side of the road.

Golf – Woodside Golf Course (620 NE 66 th Ave.) – traveling south on Hwy 69 – At the intersection of 69 and NE 66 th take a right (west) and Woodside Golf Course will be on the right (north) side of the road.

Take I-80 to Merle Hay Road exit. South on Merle Hay to Aurora (Bob Brown Auto). Turn right on Aurora. Go past the football field; the HS is on the north side of street. Softball field is across the street. Baseball – south on Merle Hay Rd. to Meredith Dr. – turn right on Meredith to 70 th St. Turn left on 70 th to Twana Dr., turn right on Twana Dr. and to 72 nd St. Turn (south) and go to the diamond.

Traveling south on I-35 exit at Hwy 92 take a right (west) onto 92. Stay on 92 to the 4-way stop on the north side of Winterset. Continue one half mile to 8 th Ave. Take a left (south). Follow 8 th till you get to Winterset Jr./Sr. HS and athletic complex.

Cross Country – At the junction of 92 and North 10 th St. take a right (north). Continue north to Lakeview Country Club.
