Several Ballard 7th graders participated in a group called “Building Champions” this semester. These students talked about topics like grit, mental toughness, leadership qualities and goal setting. They rounded out their time together putting these things to the test and taking a modified version of the police physical fitness test led by School Resource Officer Matt.
