Jr. High Bomber Bootcamp – Summer 2024

Are you ready to power up your summer? Get ready to unleash your inner athlete at the Jr. High Bomber Bootcamp!
Join us from June 4th to June 27th for a journey of strength and conditioning, designed for incoming 7th and 8th graders. Led by the High school Athletic Trainer, Jordan Hayes.

Where: Ballard Middle School Weight Room

Who: Incoming 7th and 8th graders

When: Two Sessions available:

Session 1: 6:30 am – 7:15 am (Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Session 2: 7:15 am – 8:00 am (Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

 

Training Focus:

• Tuesdays: Upper body strength
• Wednesdays: Speed enhancement
• Thursdays: Lower body strength

What to Expect in each session:

• Dynamic warmup
• Core work
• Proper movement mechanic

Attention:

No buses available. Please arrange transportation to and from each session.

What to Bring:

• Athletic attire
• Tennis shoes
• Water bottle
